Established in 1991, the Texas County Health Improvement Organization (TXCHIO) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit serving Texas County residents through programming and project-based activities. Activities are made possible through generous volunteer time yet financial and item based resources are needed. You can help!

mission Statement

Texas County Health Improvement Organization mission is to improve health, education, and economic outcomes for Texas County families.  It will accomplish this by supporting local leaders in Texas County communities in improving outcomes by building infrastructure, and through collaboration with leaders to improve quality of life of Texas county residents.
